Assessments

The current cost of an assessment is $872.95 with a full report or $484.97 with point-form summary.

This includes the following:

• One 30-minute caregiver interview plus a 60-90 minute in-clinic assessment session, which includes observation, standardised assessment and/or non-standardised assessments.
• The full report includes a detailed report with findings, assessment scores and recommendations.
• The point form summary is a one-page summary of the assessment findings presenting in point form.
